Tamara Claunch, B.A., M.Ed., is a respected expert in the field of Alzheimer's risk reduction. Since 2008, her mission has been to help reduce the global burden of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. 

Tamara is credentialed in Montessori-inspired memory care by the Center for Applied Research in Dementia, the leader in person-centered dementia interventions that improve quality of care and the lived experience of persons with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.

Tamara has also partnered with Apollo Health, which is at the forefront of research into Alzheimer’s disease prevention and memory-loss reversal. Tamara added to her suite of credentials by completing their certification program for prevention and reversal of cognitive decline. 

Additional areas of expertise include: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Behavior design, Cognitive assessments, Cognitive stimulation programming, Nutritional healing, Emotional processing & release, and Physical fitness training.


My experiences with Alzheimer's had left me filled with despair and fear about my own future and I quickly learned that I wasn't alone. 

Out of my concern and anxiety, I had no choice but to learn everything there was to know about how to reduce my risk. I developed a transformational approach to conscious aging that empowers people like me to create the life they want today and in the future. 

Nothing is more satisfying than helping others realize their full potential and live life vibrantly. It's so amazing to know that people all over the world are putting my philosophy into practice!
